For over 20 years, Kristy Link has been a dedicated fitness professional, guiding individuals to move better, feel energized, and enjoy life to the fullest. Her wealth of experience in strength and conditioning, combined with her personal commitment to wellness, has made Kristy a trusted coach for athletes and clients alike.
Kristy currently coaches at Montclair State University and The Cedar Stars Academy, continuing to inspire athletes and individuals of all backgrounds. After 14 successful years owning and growing a thriving CrossFit gym, she sold it in 2024, embarking on an exciting new chapter in the fitness world. Today, Kristy is a sought-after private trainer and online coach, offering personalized fitness expertise to clients of all ages and experience levels.
With a unique blend of experiences as an elite-level snowboarder, CrossFit competitor, and yoga instructor, Kristy offers a distinctive approach to high-performance training and resilience. This diverse background informs her holistic perspective on fitness, emphasizing a blend of strength, flexibility, and adaptability, all grounded in real-world functionality.
Introduced to the game of golf by her husband, Kristy quickly fell in love with the sport. She is now able to merge her passion for fitness with her enthusiasm for golf, helping golfers improve their performance, prevent injuries, and feel better both on and off the course. As a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) trainer specializing in golf fitness, Kristy designs individualized programs that enhance strength, flexibility, and movement specific to the needs of golfers.
Kristy's training philosophy is rooted in a combination of functional movements, power and Olympic lifting, high- and low-intensity workouts, and cardio. All of her programs focus on developing full range of motion, flexibility, and mobility to optimize performance and prevent injury.
Kristy’s empathetic approach to fitness is shaped by her personal battles with scoliosis and autoimmune disorders, experiences that have given her a deep understanding of how to create sustainable, individualized fitness regimens. She believes that every person’s unique life experiences should inform their training program, ensuring that each client receives a personalized approach to fitness that aligns with their goals and well-being.
